Canadian Hearing Services (CHS) has an opening for a Program Assistant II-General, based in Ottawa. Reporting to the Supervisor, Hearing Healthcare Client Experience, the Program Assistant II-General is responsible for assisting the region by providing reception, administrative, and program support across all CHS programs and services.
This is a permanent, full-time onsite position working Monday – Friday, 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
The ideal candidate will have a post-secondary diploma in Office Administration, including basic accounting skills, along with 2-3 years’ related experience. We are looking for an enthusiastic individual with excellent verbal and written communication skills, combined with strong organizational and interpersonal skills. A sense of urgency is required, as well as the ability to handle a pressurized environment and manage a varied workload with competing priorities and deadlines.
