Job Summary:
The Early Learning Child Care Worker at New Beginnings Young Parent Daycare and Eagle’s Nest Early Learning Centre will plan and implement a developmentally appropriate childcare program, providing a nurturing environment that encourages children’s intellectual, physical, and emotional growth. This position requires knowledge of the Early Learning Framework and involves close cooperation with the Child Care Supervisor, school staff and other Child Care Workers.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, knowledge of the BC Early Learning Framework, and the ability to engage with diverse backgrounds. They should be adept at addressing both the physical and emotional needs of children, ensuring a safe and healthy environment, and collaborating effectively with staff and community partners.
