MpowR provides supports to organizations and individuals in the Human Services Sector. We provide third party administrative support, accounting, IT, human resources, including casual staffing, professional development, clinical services and property maintenance to empower organizations to run at peak efficiency.
Program overview: Touchstone Place Clubhouse provides an environment where adults with mental health challenges can develop a support network and cultivate their potential based on needs and goals common to all people, and not restricted by their illnesses. We balance this with
understanding, acceptance, empathy and support.

The ideal candidate will possess:
Qualifications/Experience: High school graduate; post-secondary education in the social science field would be considered an asset (if education is in Social Work, must be registered Social Worker with the Alberta College of Social Workers). Previous experience working with this type of clientele would be a definite asset.
Other requirements: A current, clear Police Information Check (vulnerable sector included) and Child Intervention Record Check, both within the last 6 months. A valid AB driver’s license (minimum class 5) and current driver's abstract (no more than 8 demerits).
Salary: Salary Range is $19.81 - $22.97/hour, plus 4% vacation pay (salary commensurate with experience). We offer free courses and workshops in-house for all of our employees.
