THE OPPORTUNITY
Are you an organized, client-centred individual, with accounting experience, who loves to make a difference in the world? At Crossroads International, our team works hard every day to ensure our financial and philanthropic responsibilities are carried out to support not only our policies, procedures, standards, and systems but with an eye to fulfilling our mission and demonstrating our values. The Project Financial Analyst is an integral part of the Finance and Administrative team. They are responsible for full-cycle project financial reporting. The position works closely with Programming and Institutional Funding Development both in developing proposals in Canada and Africa, and in maintaining the accuracy of project financial results. They will be a focal point in supporting staff in Ghana, Tanzania, Senegal, and Uganda throughout the project life cycle. They are also an active participant in the continuous improvement of financial systems and processes and support cross-departmental capacity building with respect to financial management.

The organization’s 50+ employees are based in Canada, Senegal, Ghana and Tanzania, and Crossroads’ volunteers fulfil over 100 mandates per year.
