Position summary
The College of Physicians and Surgeons of BC (CPSBC) acknowledges that British Columbia is home to incredibly diverse populations of First Nations, Inuit and Métis communities. Reporting to the registrar and CEO, and sitting on the leadership team, the director, cultural safety and humility (DCSH) plays a pivotal role in the development and execution of strategies for Indigenous cultural safety and humility, and supports CPSBC’s overall reconciliation, equity, diversity and inclusion initiatives.

The compensation range is the span between the minimum and maximum base salary for a position. The midpoint of the range is approximately The compensation range for this position is $129,098 to $193,646 per year. halfway between the minimum and the maximum and represents an employee that possesses full job knowledge, qualifications and experience for the position. In the normal course, employees will be hired, transferred or promoted between the minimum and midpoint of the salary range for a job.
In addition to the base salary, the College provides pension contributions to the public service pension plan, a parking/transit subsidy, a wellness allowance, and a flexible health and dental plan as part of the total compensation package.
