Applications are invited for the position of:

Recruitment Data Tracking Administrator

Non-union position

TEMPORARY – Part-time - 10 Hours per week

Effective January 6, 2025 until May 30, 2025

Reporting to the Talent Acquisition & Retention Consultant, this position will be responsible for the tracking and monitoring of data related to recruitment and hiring activities, focusing on FSL teacher recruitment. The role will involve collecting and organizing data from several different systems and programs, ensuring data integrity for accurate reporting.

Qualifications and Skills required:

  • Successful completion or currently in progress of obtaining a college diploma or bachelor’s degree in information science, technology, computer science or related field
  • Proficient in data management software and Microsoft Office applications
  • Proficient knowledge and understanding of applicable legislation, policies, and procedures relating to access to and use of HR data
  • Experience utilizing and accessing Information Management Systems is preferred
  • Experience with the effective use of human resource information systems (HRIS) and HRIS data to track and monitor recruitment/hiring activities
  • Demonstrated experience in managing, analyzing, and displaying large data sets from various information sources
  • Strong attention to detail and organization skills
  • Strong problem analysis and solving skills
  • Self-motivated with a proven ability to work effectively within a team and independently
  • Demonstrate the ability to be tactful, respectful, and exercising confidentiality when appropriate
