As the need for mental health services grows, Child Development Institute (CDI) continues to be the steadfast support and leading provider of specialized mental health services for children and youth aged 0-18 and their families. Who we need
Reporting to the Director of Finance, we are hiring a Manager of Finance to join our team. As the new Manager of Finance you will play a critical role in managing and maintaining our financial accounting and reporting systems, ensuring compliance with internal policies and external regulatory standards. You will lead and mentor a team, and collaborate with managers to provide financial insights that support strategic decision-making. From preparing detailed reports for funders and government agencies to implementing effective financial controls, you will support the organization’s fiscal health and operational excellence.
This is a hybrid role based out of our office at Euclid working 3 days per week in office.
Who you are
You may currently be a Finance Lead or Manager in the public or private sector, seeking your next opportunity with an impactful organization. Either way, you understand the financial guidelines, reporting, and operations of a funded organization overseen by a Board of Directors.
