Brown Bagging for Calgary's Kids (BB4CK) is seeking an organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Financial Coordinator to support our mission of connecting and inspiring people to take meaningful action to feed and care for kids. This full-time role is essential to ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our financial processes, enabling us to deliver impactful programs and services to our community.

For over 30 years, Brown Bagging for Calgary's Kids (BB4CK) has been dedicated to ensuring every child in our city has access to the food they need to thrive. Together with our BB4CK community— volunteers, parents, school staff, and donors— we connect kids to nutritious meals through school lunches and summer camps and by supporting families with grocery cards. We are committed to providing low-barrier, dignified access to food, ensuring every child feels cared for and supported by their community.

Position Overview
The Financial Coordinator will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of BB4CK’s financial operations. Key responsibilities include performing bank reconciliations, recording revenue and donations, managing accounts receivable, and administering grocery card processes. This position also involves preparing financial reports, supporting finance-related projects, and maintaining meticulous records to uphold BB4CK's commitment to transparency and trust.

What We Offer
BB4CK offers a competitive total compensation approach to support our people's physical, psychological, cultural, and financial well-being. Base salary is calculated at the 50th percentile of market value, with additional benefits equivalent to over $18,000.
