The Edmonton Military Family Resource Centre (MFRC) is a charitable, non-profit organization that provides programs and services to military families. The MFRC is accepting resumes for the following position:

Deputy Director/Program Manager

The Edmonton MFRC seeks a dynamic and dedicated individual who excels at leading staff through program planning and delivery and is a relationship-builder who can identify community needs and trends.

Reporting to the Executive Director, the Deputy Director/Program Manager is a creative, experienced and skilled leader responsible for structuring and leading teams to deliver outstanding MFRC programs and services.

As an integral member of the senior management team, this position assists the Executive Director with strategic planning, managing the daily operations of the MFRC, developing policies, human resources and preparing reports.

Applicants must have a degree in business administration, management or related field (or equivalent combination of education and experience), have a clear criminal record and child intervention check, and three years of experience in leadership and operations management. 

Additional Requirements: Excellent computer skills, exceptional communication and organizational skills, must be able to work flexible hours.
