Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Quality Assurance Manager to lead the development and execution of a comprehensive quality improvement strategy at Pacific Community Resources Society (PCRS). This role will focus on fostering a culture of continuous quality improvement, ensuring compliance with accreditation standards, and leveraging technology as an innovative tool for organizational advancement. The successful candidate will work collaboratively across departments and programs, ensuring policy adoption and driving the implementation of processes and technologies that enhance efficiency and impact.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and implementation of a quality improvement framework that aligns with accreditation standards and organizational goals.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for our accreditation body, ensuring ongoing compliance and preparing for audits and reviews.
  • Monitor and evaluate the organization’s performance, identifying gaps in quality and areas for improvement, and implementing corrective actions where needed.
  • Work closely with administrative departments, program managers, and leadership teams to drive organizational change and ensure that quality improvement initiatives are effectively rolled out.
  • Manage the adoption of new policies, procedures, and technologies across the organization, guiding teams through change management processes.
  • Foster a culture of collaboration, transparency, and accountability across all corners of the organization, ensuring that staff members at all levels are aligned with the organization’s quality improvement objectives.
  • Identify and implement technological solutions that support the quality assurance framework.
  • Understand and promote the use of technology tools to improve data collection, reporting, and program management to foster innovation and enhance operational efficiencies.
  • Lead evaluation efforts to assess the effectiveness and impact of programs, using data to inform decision-making.
  • Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track program outcomes, identifying areas of success and areas requiring improvement.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to leadership for program adjustments based on performance data.
  • Develop and deliver training materials to staff on quality assurance practices, compliance requirements, and the effective use of technology tools.
  • Offer ongoing support to staff and program managers in applying quality improvement methodologies in their daily work.
  • Regularly report on the status of quality improvement initiatives, compliance with accreditation standards, and overall program performance to the executive team.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Public Administration, Social Work, Business Administration, etc.). Master’s degree preferred.
  • 2+ years of experience in quality assurance, social impact assessment, evaluation or a related field.
  • Proven track record of implementing quality improvement projects and evaluation initiatives.
  • In-depth knowledge of accreditation processes and privacy regulations, with a proven ability to ensure organizational compliance and legal requirements.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders and foster a culture of collaboration.
  • Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for detail and data-driven decision-making.
  • Experience in technology tools and software related to data collection, reporting, and program management.
  • Knowledge of change management principles and ability to navigate complex organizational changes effectively.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead teams and drive cross-functional collaboration.
  • Experience in training and mentoring staff on quality and social impact practices.
