In this role, you’ll oversee daily operations, lead a dedicated team, and develop innovative programs that drive integration and empowerment. Reporting to the Senior Program Manager, the successful candidate will lead and manage the delivery of services, ensuring accessibility and inclusivity for diverse clients, including women, racialized individuals, and LGBTQ2S+ newcomers. Responsibilities include supervising staff, providing case management guidance, monitoring caseloads, and ensuring program alignment with OCS’s values of equity and inclusion. The role involves strategic planning, integrating EDI and GBA+ considerations into program goals, and fostering relationships with stakeholders to support immigrant and refugee integration. The Program Manager will oversee program operations, budgets, and compliance, while driving quality improvement initiatives and reporting on program outcomes.

The ideal candidate will have a B.A. in Social Sciences or a related field, with at least 5 years of experience in settlement services or case management, including 3 years in a supervisory or management position. Experience in non-profit, community-based organizations, particularly within immigrant and refugee services, is essential.
The candidate should possess strong leadership skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, CRM systems, and reporting tools, and the ability to manage sensitive client data while ensuring compliance with privacy regulations. Strong communication and partnership-building skills are also key for this role.
This role requires the incumbent to undergo a Police Information Check (PIC), and a Vulnerable Sector Check by the Ministry of Justice.
