Position Summary
Reporting to the National Director of Programs & Impact, you would be responsible for growing and delivering their key Francophone program activities across Canada. This includes and is not limited to, outreach and partnership development, client and coach recruitment, program management and continuous improvement, talent management (e.g., interviewing and hiring, onboarding and training), client and volunteer support, program reporting, and program events.
You will be accountable for meeting partner development and program delivery targets and growing their program opportunities to align with the strategic plan.
As part of their diverse team, you will be expected to build the strategy and manage their staff to ensure the growth and maintenance of their Francophone programs across Canada.
You share their passion for gender equity and poverty reduction and thrive in a collaborative, values-based culture where creativity and innovation are rewarded. You are a proactive individual with frontline experience supporting a diverse clientele in the social services sector and understand the importance of teamwork and collaboration.
