What This Role Involves:
As a Credit Counsellor, you are passionate about supporting clients as they navigate financial challenges. You provide compassionate guidance to help them find solutions for managing debt, overcoming barriers, and achieving their financial goals.
In this role, you will:
As part of our commitment to delivering a consistent, high-quality counselling experience, successful candidates will receive comprehensive training and are required to complete the Accredited Financial Counsellor Canada (AFCC) certification within two years of their start date.
What We Offer:
Starting salary range of $55,328 - $63,362 per year, which may vary based on geographic location. Consideration will be given to previous education and experience that exceeds the requirements of the role.
In addition, we conduct an annual salary review every January, providing regular salary increases based on performance.
