The Role:
CLBC is looking for a Manager, Business Analysis Services to lead a high performing team that translates business needs into effective IT solutions. Reporting to the Director, Business Alignment Services, you'll play a key role in helping CLBC deliver impactful technology projects that support our mission.
This role combines strategic thinking, systems knowledge, and people leadership. You'll guide end-to-end business analysis, support digital transformation, and ensure solutions are aligned, timely, and customer focused. It's a great opportunity for someone who thrives at the intersection of people, process, and technology.
