We open doors for youth and prevent adult homelessness. We serve at-risk youth experiencing homelessness, aging out of care, or fleeing violence in the home. Position Overview:

The Manager of Support Services provides strategic leadership and operational oversight for the Support Services team, ensuring programs align with the organization’s mission, values, and funding requirements. Collaborating closely with staff, community partners, and funding agencies, this role ensures the delivery of culturally responsive, trauma-informed, and harm-reduction focused services.

Leading a multidisciplinary team including Case Managers, Indigenous Wellness Advocates, Clinical Counsellors, and Foundations staff, the Manager fosters an environment that prioritizes cultural safety, collaboration, and excellence. Candidates must possess substantial experience supporting Indigenous teams and demonstrate deep knowledge of culturally responsive leadership and community-driven approaches.

This position is permanent, full-time (37.5 hours per week). Primarily Monday to Friday, with occasional evening and weekend commitments required. The salary range for this position is $69,498 to $80,555 per year dependent on experience and related skills. The successful candidate can expect to enter the organization no higher than the midpoint of the compensation range.

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in social work, Child and Youth Care, or a related discipline; master’s degree preferred, especially with clinical training.
  • Minimum of 5 years' progressive leadership experience in program management, preferably within the non-profit or social services sector.
  • Proven experience leading and empowering diverse, interdisciplinary, high-performing teams.
  • Demonstrated theoretical and practical knowledge of harm reduction, trauma-informed care, and Housing First methodologies.
  • Expertise and understanding of youth homelessness, housing sectors, public and mental health domains.
  • Demonstrated success in building strategic community partnerships and collaborations.
  • An equivalent combination of education and professional experience will be considered

Working Conditions 

  • Occasional weekend and evening work may be required based on operational needs.
  • Travel is required to attend events, conferences, and meetings.
  • On-call duties required. 

Special Requirements

  • Criminal record check prior to employment, and subject to regular review.
  • Valid drivers’ license and access to a reliable vehicle with adequate insurance (business level).
