Willowbridge Community Services provides behaviour consultation using applied behaviour analysis (ABA) to support individuals with developmental disabilities. We explore with individuals their strengths and resources they can use to overcome the challenges they are facing. We use a trauma and attachment informed lens to our behaviour consultation model that is welcoming and safe, where our clients, their families and service providers can find solutions to help reach their potential, harness their strengths and support their goals of participating more fully in their community through work, play and friendship.
Pivot Behaviour Supports is seeking a qualified and passionate Clinical Supervisor with current registration as a Behaviour Analyst in Ontario to join our multidisciplinary team. The Clinical Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the clinical integrity and quality assurance of behaviour analytic services delivered for the programs that Pivot supports including the Ontario Autism Program – Urgent Response Services (OAP-URS), Extensive Needs Service (ENS), MCCSS-funded behaviour supports, and Fee-for-Service (FFS) programming.

professional standards of the College of Psychologists and Behaviour Analysts of Ontario (CPBAO) and are grounded in current, evidence-based practices. This role involves direct clinical supervision of Pivot team members and support clinical oversight of assessments and interventions, staff training, service coordination, direct service with clients, and program development.

About The Role:
 Provide clinical supervision to the team and support staff, in accordance with the CPBAO Standards of Practice and Ethical Code.
 Perform thorough assessments that focus on strengths and relationships, considering individual and family trauma and its effects on attachment, developmental abilities, mental health needs, health, strengths, and preferences
 Review and finalize approvals of behavior plans that require intrusive measures with the perspective of a Registered Behavior Analyst (RBA). Ensure the assessment is reflected in a behavior plan that incorporates strategies aligned with the individual's preferences and needs, as well as contributions from significant others in their life.
 Oversee the implementation of individualized treatment plans, ensuring interventions are consistent with best practices and ethical guidelines.
 Enhance staff skills in various areas through a train-the-trainer approach.
 Provide evidence-based behavioral services, caregiver and mediator training and education, time-limited case coordination, and consultation. This includes conducting assessment activities, designing data collection protocols, and interpreting data to make informed decisions within the; URS framework, ENS framework etc. as well as collaborating with other service providers.
 Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and professional standards.
 On intensive cases, collaborate with the individual, family and support team for the successful completion of the goals identified in the behaviour plan.
 Utilize a trauma informed/positive systems approach to support the implementation of the

Behaviour Support plan, conduct regular meetings with the family/support staff, review or revise the plan in consultation with the treatment team and measure the success in reaching the individuals goals.

Provide trauma informed behaviour consultation or workshops to service providers in the community, such as schools, group homes, and vocational/day program settings.
 Collaborate with other clinical supervisors and the Manager to enhance program quality and effectiveness.
 Advocate on behalf of the individual and/or primary care provider as necessary.
 Provide supervision for student placements, liaison with universities and colleges to build internship/externship relationships in order to assist Willowbridge in becoming a teaching facility.
 Participate in BSP Committees as required.
What We’re Looking For:
• Registered Behaviour Analyst (RBA) designation.
• Experience with individuals with a developmental disability and a dual diagnosis.
• Training in understanding the role of behaviour.
• Knowledge and understanding of trauma and intergenerational trauma and its effects on attachment.
• Flexibility to support clients as needed in the evenings
• Understanding of the service delivery system in the not-for-profit sector.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Proven ability to work as part of a team and independently.
• Ability to handle multiple demands in manner that facilitates collaboration.
• Proficient competency with Microsoft Office and Client Database Applications.
