Davenport-Perth Neighbourhood and Community Health Centre (DPNCHC) is a multi-service community agency providing programs and services to early years, adults, seniors, and primary health care to a diverse range of participants with a community development and health promotion perspective. The Seniors’ Program Worker, Portuguese-speaking will promote, plan, and implement culturally specific activities for the Portuguese seniors and other seniors’ programs, building health awareness and promote mutual support. Along with other members of the Seniors’ Program team, the Seniors’ Program Worker, Portuguese-speaking will work with the Portuguese seniors and other seniors’ programs to identify their needs and develop responses to the issues affecting them.

Hourly Range: $21.990-$23.927 per hour; for a total of 17.5 hours per week. Benefits include Extended Health Benefits and Healthcare of Ontario Pension Plan (HOOPP). This position is part of the bargaining unit.
