Our Infectious Disease team has an opening for a Community Outreach Worker to perform outreach and engagement in the community, at various events, and online through various social media platforms. The focus on the work is to educate priority populations on Infectious Disease, primarily HIV, AIDS, and HepC; to offer and conduct point-of-care, rapid, infectious disease testing; and to connect individuals to available care resources. The ideal candidate would have outreach and crisis support experience and must be willing to be trained (or is already trained) in phlebotomy, and sexual health education. This position supports what we call the Options Clinic.
