About the Opportunity
Guided by a strengths-based, inclusive, anti-racist, anti-oppressive approach that supports self-determination, the Sr Officer, Indigenous Programs and Partnerships works closely with Indigenous partners and communities across Canada to support the delivery and impact of partner-led programs.
This unique role ensures that Indigenous programs are implemented effectively and aligned with Kinvia’s operational and strategic goals. The position supports program monitoring and reporting with 25 Indigenous partners across Canada.
Reporting to the Director, Indigenous Programs and Partnerships, you will assist partners in program design and implementation based on their priorities, monitor qualitative and quantitative results, coordinate documents and agreements, ensure compliance, and provide general project support within Kinvia.

For this role, we are looking for a candidate with strong connections to Indigenous communities, preference will be given to candidates of Indigenous Ancestry (First Nations, Inuit or Métis).
