360°kids serves over 2,500 youth in every municipality of York Region through its comprehensive and essential programs and services. The mission is clear—to help youth overcome crisis and transition to a state of safety and stability. Together, their community of staff are committed to surrounding kids in crisis with care through a variety of unique programs: trauma-informed homelessness prevention and housing (e.g. Nightstop, HOPE & SHINE programs), employment program streams (e.g. Every Bite Matters and STEP programs), education program (iGrad), as well as health and wellbeing services (e.g. immediate access to counselling services).

It is within this context that 360°kids invites nominations and applications for the role of Manager of Youth Hub Programs, a position that will have a lasting positive impact on the future of the organization.
The Manager of Youth Hub Programs at the Richmond Hill Youth Hub will play a critical leadership role in advancing the mission of 360°kids by overseeing daily operations and implementing strategic direction for two essential programs: Connections emergency housing and the Home Base Drop-In Centre. In this role, the Manager will create and sustain an empowering, and inclusive space for youth, families, and staff, while fostering a culture of collaboration, compassion, and continuous improvement.
Reporting to the Senior Manager of Housing Programs, the Manager will be responsible for all aspects of program leadership—from operational planning and policy development to staffing, budgeting, and compliance. They will lead a diverse and multidisciplinary team, providing mentorship, performance management, and coaching to ensure high-impact service delivery. The Manager will also build and maintain strong relationships with funders, community partners, and donors, and will actively contribute to outreach, public engagement, and fundraising initiatives. The Manager will need to be comfortable navigating complex, high-pressure situations, including crisis response, while fostering resilience and well-being within the team. Above all, they will bring a deep commitment to equity, youth empowerment, and systems-level advocacy—ensuring the Youth Hub remains a responsive and welcoming environment where young people can access essential supports and take steps toward long-term stability.
Qualifications
Among the qualifications being sought in candidates, the incoming leader must have a deep and abiding commitment to advancing reconciliation, equity, diversity, inclusion and accessibility in all its forms and must believe, intrinsically, in the importance of leading with curiosity and welcoming ideas that can later be synthesized and turned into possibility. While all candidates are encouraged to apply and, in so doing, share how they see themselves adding value to the 360°kids environment, the following credentials and/or experiences are seen as possible markers of the candidates most likely to realize success in the role: A) a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Sociology, or a related field; B) a minimum of 5 years of leadership experience in a dynamic, multi-disciplinary program setting; C) experience in program management and development within a youth-focused environment; D) a proven track record in financial management and budget oversight; E) strong communication, facilitation, and public speaking skills and; F) the ability to cultivate and maintain effective partnerships with diverse stakeholders.
Compensation
360°kids offers competitive compensation ($71,000 to $82,000), plus employer paid benefits, vacation, and wellness days.
