Tergar Canada, a registered Canadian non-profit organization, is currently looking for accounting support for our (1) 2024 Canada Revenue Agency tax filing and (2) 2025 CRA tax filing. In an average year, our volunteer Treasurer board member keeps QuickBooks updated and files our CRA tax return. However, in 2025, we are hosting 4 events over a period of 10 days in Toronto with support from an international Tergar organization and we require additional time-limited accounting services and advisory support. 

What to expect in 2024 and 2025:  

For 2024 (Low Activity Year):
• Review of transactions in QuickBooks Online (already synced with bank accounts)
• Make corrections/adjustments if needed
• Prepare a clean year-end summary
• File our required return (T3010 or T2) and ensure CRA compliance

For 2025 (High Activity Year):
• Same as above, including recommendations of in-person events related transactions (e.g. monetary donations, sale of merchandise, etc)
