About the Role
Are you a data-driven marketing professional with a passion for turning insights into action? We’re seeking a forward-thinking Manager of Marketing to lead the development and execution of strategic, insight-backed campaigns that engage and inspire across the full donor journey. In this pivotal role, you’ll harness the power of market research, performance data, and audience insights to inform marketing strategies that elevate our brand, deepen donor relationships, and drive measurable impact. Reporting to the Director of Marketing, you’ll design and maintain robust reporting frameworks, optimize audience journeys, and ensure that every marketing initiative is rooted in evidence and aligned with organizational goals. You’ll collaborate across departments, bring structure to complex projects, and help embed a culture of continuous improvement, experimentation, and learning.
