About the Opportunity:
Are you a strategic finance leader who sees the story behind the numbers? CLBC is seeking a Director, External Financial Insight and Compliance to lead our audit and analytics functions. In this role, you will oversee two management-level staff and guide cross-organizational financial oversight that informs decision-making across the province. You'll support regional teams and executive leadership by transforming complex data into clear, actionable insights. This work enhances service delivery, informs funding negotiations, and strengthens governance. With a customer-service mindset, you will empower teams to use data to make thoughtful, strategic decisions. This is a high-impact leadership role for someone who values collaboration, continuous improvement, and advancing equity in public service delivery.
