About the Role

The Manager of Corporate Partnerships (Bilingual) plays a key role in planning and executing initiatives for partnership with stakeholders and donors, and leadership development. Reporting to the Director, Corporate Partnerships, you'll lead strategic efforts to cultivate and steward high-impact relationships, drive sponsorships, and support collaborative initiatives that elevate our national mission. Working closely with the VP and Director of Partnerships, you’ll help manage complex, multi-layered partnerships, contribute to organizational growth, and ensure our message resonates with key audiences. What You Will Be Doing

  • Work within a collaborative framework to broker strategic relationships and corporate partnership opportunities that raise funds and food to benefit the food bank network
  • Conduct business in both official languages of Canada (English/French), both oral and written, and effectively communicate with corporate partners in the primary business  language used by the partner
  •  Build corporate relationship loyalty through meticulous service, support, and creative problem solving 
  • Implement annual corporate development plans to deepen partner relationships and meet budget targets (cause related marketing, corporate sponsorships, employee engagement, POS, etc.)
  • Manage a portfolio of partners leveraging “Moves Management” phases and stewardship activities to secure new, and grow current, corporate partnerships to meet or exceed annual revenue and food targets 
  • Evaluate partnership success and identify opportunities for improvement, and collaborate on preparation and presentation of year-end review and impact documents
  • Work collaboratively with the Development team to identify, cultivate prospects, develop pitch decks, and conduct donor analysis

What You Will Need

  • Minimum of 4 years of related professional experience with a proven track record of success in corporate development, fundraising, and/or sponsorships.
  • Completion of an undergraduate degree or equivalent
  • Bilingualism (English/French) is required
  • Excellent writing and editing skills
  • Exceptional skills in networking, relationship building, and ability to manage donors through full “Moves Management” cycle
  • Excellent communication skills, interpersonal skills, and ability to effectively present to diverse groups of people
  • Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office and experience using a CRM database
  • Strong project coordination and issue management skills 

Working Conditions

  • Full-time, Monday-Friday, with occasional evening and weekend work
  • This position is remote and may be located anywhere in Canada
  • Occasional travel within Canada may be required.
