Summer Job Alert: Alpha Kidz Youth Worker

Hey there! Looking for an awesome summer job where you get to work with kids and make a difference in your community? Beverly Towne Community Development Society (BTCDS) is hiring Youth Workers for their Alpha Kidz Summer Program!

What’s the Job?

• You’ll help plan and run fun activities for kids aged 6-12 and 12-17.
• Work as a team to create a safe and exciting summer program.
• Be a mentor, leader, and role model to children/youth in the community.
• Go on outdoor adventures and field trips while keeping kids safe.
• Support weekly outings and community events.
• Attend staff meetings and share ideas to make the program even better!

What Do You Need?

• You must be between 15–30 years old and returning to school in the fall.
• Some experience working with kids or volunteering is a plus!
• Comfortable in a diverse and inclusive environment.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Basic computer skills and some cooking or crafting abilities are helpful.
• Must pass a Police Security Check and Child Welfare Check.
