We are growing our communications team and looking for a creative, mission-aligned professional to help amplify our message and build engagement across platforms.
Position Summary
We are seeking a full-time Multimedia & Digital Communications Coordinator to lead the creation and dissemination of engaging visual and written content for the Foundation. This person will be responsible for editing videos, managing social media channels, designing digital content, and executing email campaigns that elevate the voices of anti-corruption champions.
This is a remote position with flexible hours, but some availability during Eastern Time business hours is required. While we welcome applicants globally, preference will be given to those based in Canada due to time zone alignment.
Key Responsibilities

Video Production: Edit short-form and long-form video content for social media, websites, and events.

Social Media Management: Develop, design, and schedule posts across Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and X (Twitter); respond to messages and track engagement.

Email Campaigns: Design and send communications using platforms like Mailchimp.

Content Calendar: Maintain a monthly content calendar aligned with campaign goals and organizational milestones.

Analytics: Monitor performance metrics (social and email) and recommend improvements.

Event Support: Produce digital assets and post-event highlight videos.
Required Skills & Experience

3–5 years of experience in digital communications, social media marketing, or video production.

Proficiency in video editing tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, or equivalent).

Strong design skills using Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.

Experience with Mailchimp or similar email marketing platforms.

Familiarity with social media scheduling tools (e.g., Buffer, Later, Hootsuite).

Excellent writing and storytelling skills.

Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects independently.
Preferred Qualifications

Experience working with nonprofits, media, or social justice organizations.

Bilingual (English/French or English/Spanish) is an asset.

Basic HTML/CSS for email formatting.
