Inner City Youth Alive (ICYA) is hiring a Finance Manager to lead our financial strategy, reporting, and stewardship with excellence and purpose. This 32-hour/week leadership role includes flexibility for remote work and is ideal for someone with strong nonprofit finance experience and a heart for Christ-centered service.

The Finance Manager plays a vital role in budgeting, compliance, audit oversight, donor and grant tracking, and supporting leadership with clear and strategic financial guidance. Supervising a small team, this role integrates biblical stewardship principles and maintains a strong commitment to ICYA’s mission.
Qualifications:
CPA designation or equivalent experience
7+ years in finance, with at least 3 in leadership
Nonprofit experience (incl. fund accounting & donor reporting)
Strong communication and systems leadership
