Position Overview

IAF is looking for a Human Resources Advisor who enjoys a mix of strategic thinking and day-to-day execution. In this role, you’ll support everything from recruitment and onboarding to policy development, performance management, and employee engagement. This position is hybrid working out of IAF’s Victoria office. It is a full-time permanent position, 37.5 hrs per week. The salary range is $72,000-$87,000.
