Seeking Weekend Respite Caregivers (Tri-Cities & Burnaby)

Are you interested in earning extra income from home while making a difference in a child’s life?

We are currently looking for patient and dedicated caregivers to provide respite care one weekend per month in their own homes. You choose the weekend that works best for you!

This is a great opportunity for individuals with experience—or a strong interest—in supporting children and youth with developmental disabilities.

Key qualities we’re looking for:

• Ability to support emotional regulation and safely redirect behaviors

• A warm, caring, and safe home environment

• Some experience in caregiving, education, childcare, or related fields (preferred, but not required)

Multiple positions are available in the Tri-Cities and Burnaby area.

Required Education, Skills and Qualifications:

• Skills and Knowledge:

• Experience/Education or an interest supporting children who have developmental disabilities

• Current First Aid or willingness to obtain

• Pass a criminal record check during screening
