About the opportunity:
As a Facilities and Housing Coordinator at CLBC, you will manage the relationship between BC Housing and CLBC staff to strategize, plan, coordinate, integrate and manage a portfolio of staffed living housing resources operated by Service Providers to provide a stable, safe environment for individuals. You will play an integral project management role in ensuring that housing projects are planned and implemented as scheduled to minimize the impact on budgets and families relying on BC Housing and CLBC housing services.
You will monitor budgets and forecasts, and serve as a single point of contact within CLBC for the delivery of staffed living housing and housing-related services included in the Residential Facility Agreement.
