Requirements:

G full license
● At least 1 year of experience in a similar role (logistics, delivery, food drive coordination,
or nonprofit work preferred)
● Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken
● Strong interpersonal skills, empathy, and a welcoming demeanor when engaging with
donors, community members, and partners
● Ability to remain composed under pressure and manage multiple responsibilities
efficiently
● Strong organizational and record-keeping skills
● Knowledge of the Canadian nonprofit sector and food insecurity issues is considered a
strong asset
● Ability to lift and transport food donations safely 30lb

Driver
● Conduct routine truck inspections and report maintenance needs promptly.
● Interact respectfully and compassionately with recipients and the community.
● Participate in training sessions and meetings to enhance your skills.
● Responsible for the daily cleanness of the vehicle.
