Jays Care Foundation, the charitable arm of the Toronto Blue Jays, uses the power of baseball to create positive social change in communities across Canada. We are currently looking for passionate and dedicated staff to deliver our RBI Spring program in Toronto.
RBI Spring is an afterschool program implemented in partnership with select Toronto District School Board (TDSB) schools designed to provide accessible and inclusive baseball/softball programming to students from grades 4-8. Beginning in April, the program runs afterschool for 11 weeks and concludes with an end of year final tournament in mid June. Students participate in weekly practices and organized games that are led by a trained Jays Care coach. RBI Spring provides an opportunity for students to represent their school, build relationships with their peers, learn valuable life-skills and develop a passion for baseball.
