Salary: $58,000-60,500/year (experience dependant)

About the Role
Reporting to the Executive Director, The Development Coordinator will play a pivotal role in building and supporting Elements’ fund development and donor engagement efforts. They will be responsible for strategizing, planning, and implementing comprehensive fundraising programs to help advance our mission. This position will be expected to cultivate and steward all donors and sponsorship opportunities, as well as develop new revenue streams that help support and achieve Elements’ mission. This position plays a crucial role in promoting our organization and engaging with our community, donors, and stakeholders. This role offers the successful candidate the opportunity to build a legacy, develop significant skills and advance their career within a growing organization.
