Term/Status: Permanent, Full-time (70 hours bi-weekly)
Classification/Salary: Management Band 3 - position starts at $84,942 to $106,177 annually.

Location: Victoria or Vancouver Head Office (Hybrid - 2 days in office)

About the opportunity:
As a People Services Client Partner at CLBC, you will be a trusted advisor to leaders across your portfolio, empowering them to build strong leadership and management capabilities that foster an open, inclusive, CLBC values-based workplace. You will partner with leaders to plan, design, and deliver impactful HR Services that make a difference. From talent acquisition and workforce planning, to performance management, labour and employee relations, health and safety, and organizational change and development - you will play a key role in shaping the employee experience and champion initiatives to ensure our people feel supported and valued.

As a standout candidate, you are an HR Professional, you have strong generalist capabilities in a unionized environment and proven business partner experience in a mid-sized organization. You understand organizational dynamics and think strategically, bringing strong consulting and project management experience. You communicate effectively at all levels of an organization and have a proven track record of partnering with senior leaders and emerging talent to drive meaningful results. You also excel as a credible partner and coach to your clients.
