    Job Overview


    We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Donations Supervisor to oversee daily logistics operations within our organization. The ideal candidate will manage transportation teams, ensure compliance with safety regulations, and optimize delivery schedules to meet operational goals. This role is vital in maintaining efficient transportation workflows, ensuring timely pickups, and upholding high standards of safety and service quality.

    Responsibilities

    • Supervise and coordinate daily transportation activities, including routing, scheduling, and dispatching of vehicles.
    • Lead and train transportation staff to ensure adherence to company policies and safety procedures.
    • Monitor vehicle maintenance schedules and ensure all fleet vehicles are in optimal condition.
    • Ensure compliance with all local transportation regulations.
    • Maintain accurate records of deliveries, driver logs, and vehicle maintenance for reporting purposes.
    • Collaborate with other departments to coordinate logistics plans that support overall business objectives.
    • Address and resolve any operational issues or delays promptly to minimize impact on service delivery.

    Requirements

    • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.
    • Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in scheduling and record keeping.
    • Knowledge of transportation regulations and safety standards.
    • Ability to analyze logistical data to optimize routes and improve operational efficiency.
    • Good communication skills for coordinating with drivers, management, and external partners.
    • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
    • Proficiency in transportation management software or related technology is a plus.
