Quotes from our Nursing Staff at Withdrawal Management
“One of the things I love most about this work is the balance it offers, no night shifts, flexible hours, and the freedom to really use my nursing judgment. Working in a smaller team means we support each other closely and have more autonomy than in big hospitals or LTC. You can actually see the impact of what you do, and that makes the work feel meaningful every day.”
“Nursing in addictions and mental health is impactful because of the direct care we provide every day. With a smaller patient population, I’m able to spend meaningful time with each person, build trust, and see how consistent nursing care makes a difference.”
“To work with such a caring, supportive, and dedicated group of people has been an absolute honour and privilege.”
