We are currently seeking a Homelessness Hub Coordinator to support the effective delivery of services and programs. This role provides day-to-day coordination of program operations while supporting and guiding staff to ensure high-quality service delivery.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Coordinate the day-to-day operations of assigned programs to ensure services are delivered effectively and in alignment with organizational standards.
  • Provide guidance, support, and direction to staff, assisting with problem-solving and service delivery challenges.
  • Support supervisory functions including onboarding, scheduling, workflow coordination, and staff support.
  • Monitor program activities and service delivery to ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and funder requirements.
  • Assist with performance management processes by providing feedback and supporting staff development.
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams and community partners to support coordinated service delivery.
  • Support program planning, implementation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Assist with reporting requirements, data tracking, and documentation to support program outcomes.
  • Respond to operational issues and support staff in managing complex client situations when needed

What You Bring

  • Post-secondary education in social services, human services, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Demonstrated experience in a coordination or supervisory role, including supporting and guiding staff.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor staff and foster a collaborative team environment.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively, demonstrating initiative, accountability, and sound decision-making in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with staff, clients, and community partners.
  • Sound judgment and problem-solving skills, particularly in complex or sensitive situations.
  • Experience working in a community-based or non-profit environment is considered an asset.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and data management systems.
  • A commitment to equity, diversity, inclusion, and client-centered service delivery.

Position Details

  • Job Type: Full-Time 35hrs/week | Shift Schedule: 9:00am – 5:00pm. Evenings and weekends may be required.
  • Pay Rate: $57,787 per annum.
  • Location: 215 Talbot St. E, Leamington
