Title: Campaign Marketer (Contract) – Wildlife Advocacy

Timeline: June to October 2026. (Note: This role starts with light, flexible, as needed, hours in June/July, ramping up in August–October as the campaign peak approaches.

About the Role: 

Do you have a knack for digital storytelling and a passion for protecting wildlife? Elephanatics is looking for a creative, high-energy Digital Advocate to help us lead a major national campaign.

Our mission is to "Give Wildlife Crime the Severity It Deserves" by pushing for a new global protocol at the UNTOC meeting in October 2026. You don’t need to be a policy expert to apply—we provide all the facts and training! We just need your help to turn those facts into a movement that the government can’t ignore.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Digital Mobilization: Manage and optimize our New Mode advocacy forms to drive letter-writing campaigns to government officials.

  • Content Strategy: Create compelling social media content (LinkedIn, Pinterest, Facebook) to raise awareness of wildlife crime protocols.

  • Outreach: Coordinate digital outreach to partner organizations and educators to amplify our message.

  • Strategy: Refine campaign messaging to ensure a professional, "sponsor-focused" tone for legislative audiences.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in environmental policy or advocacy is a bonus, but your digital marketing skills are the priority for this role

  • Proficiency with digital tools (New Mode, Pinterest, social media management).

  • Availability: Preference for candidates in the Pacific Time Zone for easy real-time collaboration and campaign coordination.

  • A passion for wildlife conservation and elephant protection.
