Founded in 1995, the S.U.C.C.E.S.S. Multi-Level Care Society was incorporated to establish linguistically and culturally appropriate care for seniors in our community. POSITION SUMMARY:
Reporting to the Director, Community Services (DCS), the Assistant Manager of Community Services is responsible for the overall coordination and management of the Adult Day Program (ADP). This position will also assist in supporting the Assisted Living Program as required. The successful candidate will support the organization’s vision and mission, working collaboratively within an interdisciplinary team to provide problem-solving and person-centered care for clients and their families.
