WILL Employment Solutions is looking for a dynamic and motivated Recruitment Advisor to join our team. Reporting to the Director of External Relations or his/her designate, the successful candidate will be responsible for building relationships with employers in our region, identifying job opportunities, and facilitating successful employment placements for our clients. The Recruitment Advisor will play a crucial role in matching qualified candidates with suitable job openings, ensuring a mutually beneficial fit for both employers and job seekers. Ability to network, negotiate, and collaborate will contribute to the success of the candidate, our organization and the individuals we serve.
WHO ARE YOU?
• 2-3 years experience in a related role.
• Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
• A proven ability to interact and work effectively with people from different cultures and backgrounds.
• Familiarity with effective resumes, job interviewing techniques and job search strategies.
• Good time management skills and the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
• Comfort in presenting material to a group.
• Professional demeanour and ability to handle confidential information.
• Knowledge of the regional labour market, local employment programs/ services, and employment and labour laws is an asset.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• A valid driver's license and access to reliable transportation.
• Ability to speak Arabic and/or other languages is preferred to complement the second languages already represented on our Recruitment Team.
• Knowledge and understanding of sales and marketing.
• Excellent communication both verbal and written, interpersonal, and customer service skills.

• Actively job develop in support of meaningful employment outcomes for job ready clients of WILL Employment Solutions and all of its projects including WILL Work, WILL Access and WILL Immploy.
• Work with employers to determine their hiring needs and source suitable talent.
• Collaborate with job seekers to assess their skills, interests and career goals.
• Identify and match qualified candidates with suitable job openings.
• Coordinate interviews, job fairs and networking events to facilitate employment placements.
• Provide job coaching and support to job seekers throughout the employment process.
• Regularly conduct scheduled check-in and engagement with job seekers and employers.
• Help maintain a database of employer contacts and job listings.
• Effectively capture and maintain all activities in the internal database.
• Stay updated on industry trends, labour market information, and employment-related resources.
• Collaborate with internal team members to ensure effective delivery of service.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all services and programs offered by WILL and effectively communicate promote them to clients and potential clients.
• Intentionally and strategically collaborate across WILL programs to support the achievement of the WILL mission and goals.
