You are a detail-oriented, analytical, and collaborative professional with a genuine commitment to our mission. You are passionate about using data to drive meaningful change and improve outcomes for young people. You take pride in building strong working relationships across teams and translating complex data into clear, actionable insights. You have experience designing and implementing evaluation frameworks, and you understand how quality assurance and data integrity contribute to organizational impact.
Position Summary:
Reporting to the Director of Programs, the Quality Assurance and Evaluation Analyst drives program quality and impact by evaluating outcomes, strengthening measurement frameworks, and ensuring data integrity across the organization. This role supports continuous improvement by conducting audits and enabling teams to use data effectively to enhance service delivery.

This Position:
This is a full-time (35 hours/week) contract position through March 31, 2027, based in our Vancouver office on Joyce Street, directly across from the Joyce SkyTrain station. The role requires five working days per week, with a minimum of two days in-office. Some daytime travel, as well as occasional evening and weekend work, may be required. Flex or lieu time will be provided to accommodate additional hours worked.
