Glencairn Church in Kitchener, Ontario is seeking two youth or young adults to plan and prepare our summer children’s programming. This role provides hands‑on experience in program planning, leadership development, and community engagement while contributing to a structured, supportive environment for children.

This vital role supports the needs within our community by planning and launching a four-week, full-day summer camp. This position involves intensive program preparation during May and June, followed by coordinating and training a team to ensure a smooth start in July. The role offers a dynamic opportunity to gain experience in program management, curriculum development, community outreach, and team ministry within a non-profit environment.

The successful candidates will work under the supervision of the Youth Pastor or Lead Pastor and will play a key role in planning and delivering Sunday children’s programming and a summer day camp for children in our community.
