Glencairn Church in Kitchener, Ontario, is hiring two mature, dependable youth or young adults to serve as camp leaders, with a primary focus on running the day-to-day operations of our children's summer day camp and Sunday programming.

This role will be vital in supporting the needs within our community by planning and executing a four-week, full-day summer camp program. The role offers a dynamic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in community outreach and team ministry within a non-profit environment.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys leading activities, supporting children and volunteers, and helping ensure the program runs smoothly. The position also includes end-of-summer wrap-up tasks to support future planning and organization.

The successful candidate will work under the Youth Pastor and will act as an additional leadership presence during programming.
