Essential
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field of study such as peacebuilding or humanitarian relief
- Knowledge of issues related to disaster relief, sustainable community development, justice and peacebuilding
- Strong analytical and research skills, including both quantitative and qualitative methods
- Ability to synthesize complex information in writing
- Strong interpersonal and intercultural communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing demands
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Demonstrated initiative and ability to follow through on tasks with minimal supervision
- Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications

Preferred
- Work experience in humanitarian relief, community development, or peacebuilding, including project management
- Experience with monitoring and evaluation (M&E) frameworks, data systems, or program reporting
- Experience working with data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, or similar)
- Experience administering or supporting data or program management software
- Experience working in cross-cultural or international program contexts
- Proficiency in French and/or Spanish
