Essential

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field of study such as peacebuilding or humanitarian relief
• Knowledge of issues  related to disaster relief, sustainable community development, justice and peacebuilding
• Strong analytical and research skills, including both quantitative and qualitative methods
• Ability to synthesize complex information in writing
• Strong interpersonal and intercultural communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing demands
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
• Demonstrated initiative and ability to follow through on tasks with minimal supervision
• Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications

Preferred

• Work experience in humanitarian relief, community development, or peacebuilding, including project management
• Experience with monitoring and evaluation (M&E) frameworks, data systems, or program reporting
• Experience working with data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, or similar)
• Experience administering or supporting data or program management software
• Experience working in cross-cultural or international program contexts
• Proficiency in French and/or Spanish
