About Hope Mission

Hope Mission is a non-profit Christian social care organization that has been serving vulnerable individuals and families across Alberta since 1929. Motivated by our faith and guided by values of compassion, respect, integrity, and excellence, we provide care across a continuum of services — from mobile outreach and emergency shelter to health care, housing, long-term recovery support, and programs for children, youth, and families.

Our goal is not simply to meet immediate needs, but to walk alongside people as they move through our system of care — helping them find stability, purpose, and the opportunity to flourish in life. We are committed to treating every person, those we serve and those we employ, with dignity and care. Staff are expected to uphold Hope Mission’s mission and values and to approach their work with professionalism and genuine heart for service.
