Position Summary
At Big Brothers Big Sisters of Langley, we enable life-changing mentoring relationships to ignite the power and potential of young people. Since 1974, we have been matching children with adult role models in professionally supported mentoring relationships that help them achieve their biggest possible futures. With the guidance and support of a mentor, youth are reminded that they can be anything they dream of being. Mentoring relationships change young people's lives. With training and professional support, Big Brothers Big Sisters mentors form strong developmental relationships with their mentees that express care, challenge growth, share power, and expand possibilities.
We have an exciting opportunity for a positive, experienced, and relationship-focused professional to join our team as a Senior Mentoring Coordinator. This role combines direct case management with program leadership and staff support.
You will carry and actively manage a caseload of mentoring matches, ensuring relationships are safe, meaningful, and impactful. At the same time, you will provide guidance, coaching, and support to Mentoring Coordinators, helping to ensure consistent, high-quality program delivery across the agency.
This is an ideal opportunity for someone who is passionate about mentoring, skilled in relationship-building, and ready to take on a senior role that blends hands-on work with leadership and program quality oversight.
