Hull Services is seeking a dynamic and visionary Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to provide organization-wide financial leadership, operational stewardship, and strategic oversight of infrastructure, facilities, and IT. This newly created role reflects Hull Services’ commitment to strengthening its financial sustainability, advancing organizational effectiveness, and supporting continued growth as a national leader in child and youth mental health. The CFO will play a critical role in aligning financial strategy with Hull’s mission to build resilience in children, youth, and families through innovative, trauma-informed care.

The CFO’s leadership will support strategic planning, decision-making, and organizational transformation, aligning financial and operational priorities with Hull’s strategic direction. The role will lead the shift toward proactive, data-informed financial management through modernized systems, real-time insights, and forward-looking analysis, and oversee all aspects of financial stewardship.  As a key advisor to the Executive Director and Board, the CFO will support governance, enterprise risk management, and strategic communications, ensuring transparent reporting, regulatory compliance, and clear, actionable insights that strengthen Hull’s services and long-term sustainability.

The ideal candidate for this new role will hold an undergraduate degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or a related field, with a CPA designation required (or equivalent). They will bring extensive senior financial leadership experience within complex organizations, preferably in healthcare, social services, or the nonprofit sector, along with a strong track record of leading organizational transformation, modernization, and scaling initiatives. They will be skilled in integrating finance with operational strategy to support enterprise-wide decision-making and will also bring exposure to oversight of IT, infrastructure, facilities and capital planning functions, ideally gained through experience in or close work with the public sector. The successful candidate will demonstrate a track record of implementing financial systems and process improvements, leading high-performing teams, and strengthening organizational resilience through effective risk management and business continuity planning.
