WCFSA is seeking compassionate and dedicated Health Care Aides to provide high-quality care to clients in various care settings in Rocky Mountain House, Clearwater County and Eckville. Job Description

We offer a flexible job opportunity for certified Health Care Aides who are eager to gain experience in the homecare delivery model and have a genuine passion for making a positive impact in clients' lives.

Duties

• Assist clients with personal care, such as: bathing, dressing, exercises, mobility assistance, respite, wound care, etc.
• Provide medication administration through the Medication Assistance Program.
• Document client observations and report any changes in condition.
• Collaborate with Homecare Case Managers and the broader healthcare team to deliver comprehensive care.

Experience

• Prior experience in homecare or assisted living is preferred
• Experience working with seniors and their individual needs is advantageous
• Strong interpersonal skills to work compassionately with clients and their families

Requirements

• Must reside in the Rocky Mountain House, Clearwater County, Eckville or within travel distance of these areas
• Must have access to a reliable vehicle and feel comfortable traveling within rural communities
• Must have an active HCA practice permit with CLHA
