Position: Registered Nurse
Hours: 28 hours per week
Department: Urgent and Primary Care Centre

We provide innovative, high-quality primary health and dental care, and social and educational services to support the physical and mental health and well-being of our community and the individuals within it.
The UPCC provides urgent primary care to any individual who needs it 7 days a week (with extended hours).
The RN performs a critical role in an interdisciplinary team triaging all patients and directing to appropriate care, whether that is within the REACH UPCC, or elsewhere. There are also opportunities for managing a patients’ presenting issue independently or via protocols or in consultation with other team members such as physicians or nurse practitioners. They perform job duties through a trauma informed care framework and culturally sensitive and safe lens for families and individuals.
