About Us:
DEFEND is a nonprofit organization dedicated to protecting children and vulnerable people from online risks. Our social media team plays a critical role in spreading awareness about online safety and our initiatives to create a safer internet. We produce engaging social media posts to communicate our mission to the public.

Role Description:
We are seeking volunteer graphic artists or individuals interested in learning Canva to join our social media team. You’ll help create impactful social media posts that represent DEFEND’s message. This is an excellent opportunity for anyone looking to build or expand their graphic design skills while supporting a meaningful cause.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with our social media team to produce weekly posts using Canva.

  • Brainstorm and design engaging visuals that reflect DEFEND’s mission.

  • Maintain consistent branding and messaging in all graphics.

  • Communicate effectively with the team to ensure designs meet project goals.

Qualifications

  • No prior experience is necessary—just a passion for creativity and online safety.

  • Willingness to learn Canva Pro (if not already familiar).

  • Strong communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.

  • Enthusiasm for visual storytelling and attention to detail.
